Terms of Service

Overview:

Watt Advertising is committed to meeting your needs and expectations. This document outlines the terms of service to ensure clarity regarding the services provided during your enrollment in the Google Ads Accelerator Membership.

1. Parties and Scope of Work:

You, the client, hereby enroll in the Google Ads Accelerator membership provided by Watt Advertising, LLC ("Watt Advertising" or "We") for the period of time you select in Teachable's settings upon payment.

2. Services Rendered:

As a member, you will have access to the following throughout your membership:

• Comprehensive content available for the entire duration of your membership.
• Access to the Google Ads Accelerator online community for the entire duration of your membership.
• Participation in weekly community coaching calls for the entire duration of your membership.

3. Engagement Requirements:

To maximize results, you agree to fully engage with the Google Ads Accelerator process, including commitment, following courses, assignments, attending coaching calls, and participating actively in the online community.

4. Guarantee:

If you complete the training, follow recommendations on live group coaching calls, actively engage in the online community, and do not generate any new leads from your Google Ads within 180 days, you are eligible for a full refund and two 1-1 coaching calls with a Watt Advertising team member when you follow our guarantee redemption process.

5. Legal Provisions:

• Aside from any guarantee explicitly mentioned in these terms of service, no other guarantees are provided for results.
• Liability is limited to fees payable under this agreement.
• Legal jurisdiction is in Yakima, Washington.
• Unlawful use of services is prohibited.

6. Copyrights & Trademarks:

You acknowledge that all content provided by Watt Advertising, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, photos, designs, trademarks, and other artwork, is the intellectual property of Watt Advertising. You agree that you have no right to distribute, reproduce, or use this content in any way, shape, or form without explicit written permission from Watt Advertising.

7. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree not to disclose non-public confidential information to any third party.

8. Refund Policy:

No termination policy, refunds, or guarantees, except for the guarantee stated in Section 4.

9. Work Credit:

You agree to allow Watt Advertising to use your business name and website for company promotions, online portfolio, past clients list, on social media, in print material, etc., for advertising and promoting Watt Advertising services to other companies. You agree to allow Watt Advertising to use non-confidential information and data from our work and results incurred on your accounts for our portfolio of case studies.

By enrolling in the Google Ads Accelerator, you agree to these terms of service.
